By accessing or using Setout AI ("the Service"), available at setoutai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Setout AI is a web-based generative urban design platform that enables users to create, optimize, and visualize urban layouts. The Service provides automated generation of road networks, building layouts, parcel subdivisions, parking configurations, and feasibility analysis tools.
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google sign-in, Microsoft sign-in, or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

The Service operates under usage limits that vary by account plan. Free accounts are subject to daily limits on layout generations, optimizer runs, exports, and project counts. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent usage limits may result in account suspension or termination.
The Service, including its software, algorithms, user interface, documentation, the "Setout AI" name, and the Setout AI logo, are the exclusive intellectual property of Setout AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of the Setout AI name, logo, or any other intellectual property — including but not limited to unauthorized API access, reverse engineering, data scraping, or redistribution of any Service component — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
You retain all rights to the projects, layouts, and designs you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We access your content only as necessary to provide the Service, including storing, loading, and rendering your projects.
The Service is designed for use by qualified professionals including architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and real estate developers. The layouts, calculations, and analyses generated by the Service are intended for preliminary feasibility assessment and design exploration.
Users are solely responsible for verifying, validating, and reviewing all generated designs and outputs against all applicable laws, regulations, building codes, zoning ordinances, and professional design standards in their jurisdiction before using them for any actual development, construction, or regulatory submission.
Setout AI bears no responsibility whatsoever for designs or outputs that do not comply with applicable laws, regulations, or standards. We are not liable for any legal disputes, regulatory violations, penalties, damages, or losses arising from the use of any outputs generated by the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring that any designs derived from the Service meet all applicable legal and professional requirements.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Setout AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or project delays, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, for any reason, including extended inactivity.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
